This stay was defined by people, not just a property. The hotel delivered a memorable girls’ night because of Maggie, Zoe, and Stacy. Their service went far beyond being friendly or efficient. It felt intentional and curated. From the moment we arrived, they paid attention to the details that actually matter when you are trying to unwind and feel taken care of. They noticed the purpose of our stay and leaned into it. Thoughtful room touches, perfectly timed check-ins that never felt intrusive, and small gestures that made the space feel cozy rather than transactional. The kind of hospitality where you can tell they are anticipating needs instead of reacting to requests. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. Maggie, Zoe, and Stacy created an atmosphere that was warm, calm, and welcoming, turning what could have been just another hotel stay into something special. This team sets the standard. Katelynn at Prologue provide excellent service at the restaurant.

The hotel was amazing and incredibly accommodating. After our wedding, we stayed here and the staff made our visit so comfortable and memorable. They truly helped make our special day even more meaningful. Anyone looking for a relaxing stay with plenty of things to do, Trilith Guesthouse is definitely the place for you. Highly recommended.

We didnt stay at the hotel, but we did enjoy one of the best old fashions we've ever had at the bar. Ask for a buffalo trace old fashion. The tequilla mockingbird is also excellent. Beautiful hotel, tasteful, warm hospitality and comfortable space to relax at after a walk at the local park.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. We've stayed here twice. This most recent stay we had a great view from our room. The area around the hotel is very nice. Great walking trail right outside the hotel that goes around a lake. Would prefer to have an option of not having valet parking but if I'm going to have to pay to park anyway, I guess somebody should bring my car to me.

It was “luxury” for us. We’ve stayed here before and it’s our go-to for the Fayetteville area and the NASCAR races. Excellent service and staff. Even got an upgrade to a suite with Marriott titanium elite status. We love this place. Definitely check it out!

I did a staycation here for my birthday and I truly enjoyed my stay. Everyone working there, from the concierge to the hospitality staff, displayed excellence in customer service. The room was lovely and I had an excellent view of the lake. They have a superb restaurant downstairs called Prologue that have dishes whimsically named after classic books. Upstairs, they is a bar, Oliver Twist, that has a balcony view of the Town at Trilith. It's great for those of us who love to people watch. Speaking of Town at Trilith, the hotel is located in a prime location for exploring the shops and restaurant there, as well as, a movie theater and concert venue, Trilith Live. I highly recommend a visit to The Guesthouse, you won't regret it!

My wife and I went to tour this property and we were so BLESSED to meet De'shera with Sales | Guest Services. I had to write a review. This woman really impressed both of us! She just brought joy to our day! We were so impressed by her we asked her if she could join us for lunch at hotel. She was able to sit with us for a bit and we all just connected. By the way, the FOOD was delicious. We definitely recommend checking out this property if it is on your list. The little shop village area was definitely something my wife wants to explore! So yes, definitely ask for De'Shera - she will make it a great experience I am sure!
